VAL Law institutes or defends actions, petitions or applications. From optimizing and utilizing modes of discovery (interrogatories, depositions, production of evidence, admissions) to pre-trial, VAL Law seeks to advance the interests of the clients preparatory to a comprehensive trial and hearing of the case.

During trial proper, VAL Law is fully engaged and prepared for every hearing, conferences, meetings with the witnesses and other relevant persons, as may be necessary to advocate a client’s legal position.
