VAL Law lead its clients to the entire process from application to execution of government contracts, bids and proposal. VAL Law has collective experience in representing clients in various project such as building of power plants, creation of road networks, creation of transportation systems, creation of transportation hubs, land reclamation and other infrastructure projects. Abarquez, who, as an Executive Director of the Philippine Sports Commission, chaired its Bids and Awards Committee.
