VAL Law provides strategic legal and industry advice and/or representation on pre-employment (recruitment and placement of workers); conditions of employment (compensation, benefits, pensions); labor relations (labor unions negotiations, collective bargaining) ; and post-employments (termination of employment, downsizing and change of management, business transfers and outsourcing) issues.

VAL Law prepares employee’s manual; draft and/or review employment contracts/offers. VAL Law on retainer provides immediate and day-to-day advise on employment, compensation and benefits, termination of employment issues. VAL Law represents clients on labor litigation, collective bargaining and/or union negotiations.

Labor Relations and Employment is headed by Atty. Elyrhey Cesar R. Vasig, who was a bar lecturer of Philippine Labor Law and had various experience on labor-litigation and representation, and Atty. Paolo E. Abarquez, who has assisted companies in drafting employment contracts and manuals as well as boasting extensive experience as well in labor litigation.
